Step 1
Online purchases will be reviewed taking into account several factors, such as geolocation, device identification, and your typical spending patterns to provide an added layer of authentication.
Step 2
In the event of a denial, you will receive a text message within 30 seconds. If you reply “YES,” you’ll receive a second text message instructing you to attempt the transaction again. The Bank’s enhanced monitoring service will temporarily exempt that merchant from the process, allowing you to re-run your card without denial. If you reply “NO,” you’ll receive a second text message asking that you contact our call center to address the issue. If you do not reply “YES” or “NO” to the first text message within 15 minutes, a voice call to the phone numbers on file for that account will be attempted.

Rest assured, you’re automatically enrolled in this service; no initial mass text will be sent. Text messages will originate from the short code 37-268.
